A filmmaker and certified trainer in video production. He has produced over 68 official videos for government entities and volunteer teams, distinguished for his creative and unique filming techniques, which have led to widespread recognition of his work. He has collaborated with various aviation companies, includingArabia and Flynas.

He has earned several accolades, including first place in the "Faz’a" competition, first place in the "UAE's Most Beautiful Winter" competition, and first place for the best awareness video on the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he won third place for the best awareness video in the "My Family Through My Eyes" competition organized by the Family Development Foundation.

Mansoor was selected by the Ministry of Defense to film the "Al-Faris Al-Shaham 2" operation in Syria. He is the author of the book "I Will Not Teach You Photography".

As the founder and leader of the UAE Camera Team, Mansoor specializes in training event documentation, photography, and video editing using smartphones. He has conducted numerous training sessions for large government organizations, such as the Ministry of Defense, Abu Dhabi Police, Federal National Council, Emirates Education Foundation, Dubai Customs, Ministry of Community Development, Abu Dhabi and Dubai Councils, Federal Youth Foundation, Family Development Foundation, Sharjah Sports Council, Al Ain Municipality, Dubai Municipality, and voluntary organizations such as the UAE Red Crescent, Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Foundation, UAE Cancer Society, UAE Council Ambassadors, and more. He has also delivered courses internationally in Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar.
